Processing Time
Ready-to-ship jewelry will be processed and shipped within 2-7 days.
Our current processing time for made-to-order and custom pieces is 7 days.
As a single-employee business, processing times are subject to changes. If there are any changes to your order processing time we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Shipping
We ship all orders with USPS Priority mail or USPS Priority mail express.
The USPS Priority Mail option is shipped with a flat rate of $6.99, or free with orders over $100. Estimated delivery times are 1-5 days for most packages.
The USPS Priority Mail Express cost is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 days for most packages.
Currently, finding ferngulli only ships to the United States. We would love to expand if there is enough demand, shoot us an email to let us know you’re interested!
Packaging and Gift Notes
finding ferngulli orders are carefully packed in recyclable materials. Each order includes a custom tarnish-resistant jewelry box, care instructions, and a polishing cloth.
Optional hand-written gift notes are FREE. Select “include gift note” at checkout and write your message in the “notes” section.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your finding ferngulli purchase, you can file a return within 30 days of package delivery date. We will provide you with a shipping label, which will deduct 6.99 from your refund.
Custom pieces are final sale.
We do not offer product exchanges.
Cancellations & Order Changes
You may not change or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Faulty Product and Repairs
Due to the handmade nature of finding ferngulli jewelry, there may be minor imperfections present in your piece. May they remind you that your jewelry is made by hand and one of a kind.
If your jewelry arrives with a major flaw, including but not limited to bent silver or cracked/ broken glass, contact us within 14 days of delivery date to see if you are eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund.
At finding ferngulli, we believe in the longevity of our designs. With proper care (and an occasional repair), our jewelry will last for generations to come. Investing in heirloom-quality jewelry ensures you won’t be adding to the landfill.
